If for any reason what-so-ever relating to delivery, quality or content of any course, workshop or learning programme upon which you are enrolled, you are, within the first two hours, dissatisfied for any reason what-so-ever the College will guarantee to refund all course, workshop and/or programme fees in full without question.
In the case of distance learning programmes, refunds will be given with the same guarantee less the cost of materials, handouts, CD’s and Multimedia Presentations already in your possession unless returned to us unopened.
In the event of any misunderstandings or confusion, we assure you of our best intentions at all times and the prevailing of common sense and good customer relations.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE COLLEGE
In the unlikely event that a workshop, course or programme is cancelled by us, we GUARANTEE to refund in full ALL payments received by you in relation to that course, workshop or programme UNRESERVEDLY
In the event that you are unable to attend a workshop or attendance related programme or course that you have booked, we provide you with a credit against any future course, programme or workshop OR the right to send someone else to attend in your place, subject only to confirmation by e-mail and for our records.
